Beschreibung
Many avoidable shortcomings in the health sector that result in poor quality health services are due to inaccessible data, information, and knowledge. Lost and unreliable data, poor documentation, lack of access to available knowledge all impede the delivery of high quality health care services. A well documented description of the Iraq health care system is not available. The aim of this book is to give a concise account on the healthcare system in Iraq, the evolution of the modern healthcare and health education in Iraq, and to provide healthcare improvement projects designed for the healthcare system in Iraq.
