Beschreibung
This is the first Egyptian follow up study on the effect of life style" dietary modification, behavior modification and exercise " on improving the metabolic abnormality including impaired fasting and impaired glucose tolerance and reverting them to normal metabolic profile by life style alone. It is submitted on 500 individuals with metabolic syndrome from 2009 till 2011 and included individuals from all regions of Egypt
