Diversity within Ontario Health examines the current members sitting on the Board of the Canadian Healthcare system and examines their qualifications; their education level, years of experience in healthcare, gender, and professional experience. This is then measured using a regression model against Ontario's Operational Performance looking at key indicators, such as; current wait times, treatment turnaround time, re-occurance of illness, and so forth.

Dianna is a CFA charterholder, and completed her MBA at EU Business School in Geneva, Switzerland and holds an LL.M in International Tax Law from the University in Lausanne. She has 8 years of experience in VC and Private Equity and currently resides between Zurich and Toronto where she works in Private Equity in the Healthcare space.
