To my all students and patients, past, today and future: Life is something which we can not solve, but manage. We can avoid our responsibilities but avoid the consequences of avoiding. Therefore; at least, fake it untill you make it. Do not forget that Jack of all trades master of none is in infinitum nihil. The facts have a bad habit of appearing one day. Watch out big problems since they disguise big opportunities such as many lessons we had learned from Hiroshima, have learned from Chernobyl and we are still learning from Fukushima. Years sometimes know more than books.

Ahmet Kocakusak was born in Antalya/Turkey in 1967. After secondary German school, he finished the German college (Gymnasium) in Istanbul in 1987. He graduated from the English Medical Faculty of Marmara University in Istanbul in 1994. After doctorate education in Anatomy Department in Istanbul Medical Faculty, he started his career in surgery in 1998.
