Syndrome in neurology is a combination of symptoms, linked together pathogenetically or topically. The syndromological approach to the analysis and evaluation of pathological symptoms is important not only for the subsequent stage of recognizing the nature of the disease, but also for substantiating pathogenetic therapy. Mastering the main stages of the diagnostic process provides the doctor with guidance in a wide variety of complex situations. Improving the diagnosis of neurological diseases is mainly through the development of more complex, subtle and reliable methods of research. Significant improvement and acceleration of diagnostics can be achieved by optimizing clinical thinking. It is important for the practical doctor to achieve maximum diagnostic results on the basis of a minimum set of examinations. This is to the maximum extent the method of syndromic algorithm.
