Idea of the development of book on the Standard Operating Procedure of Amavatari Rasa with Its Evidence Based Clinical Utility was conceived after observing so many articles on the safety concern of Ayurvedic herbo-mineral drugs. The book is presented to give fingerprinting of Amavatari Rasa with its SOP, pharmaceutical, analytical study and clinical study. This book will help to replicate the same effect of drug on clinical ground by preparing it as per given SOP. As Ayurveda is a science of individualized management of a patient, many Panchakarma procedures and internal medication can be used in Amavata. Out of many, this book tried to highlight, Safety and efficacy of Amavatari Rasa prepared with classicalreference. Ayurveda has many scopes in management of Amavata, but there is even vast scope in the prevention by educating society. Inappropriate diet habits, sleep pattern, daily regime, seasonal regime have undesirable effects on such type of life style disorder which could be prevented by pursuing Ayurveda principals. I hope this book will be helpful for non medicos, medicos (clinician and academician), Pharma personals, Ayurveda scholars and researchers.

Bhinde has completed her bachelors in Ayurveda (BAMS) from Akhandanand Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Ahmedabad, Gujarat and Post Graduation in Rasa Shastra Bhaishajya Kalpna from IPGT & RA, Jamnagar, Gujarat, India to achieve her passion of treating the patient with drugs prepared by own.
