This proceedings constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 8th International Conference on IoT Technologies for Healthcare, HealthyIoT 2021, held in November 2021. Due to COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held virtually. The 17 full papers presented were carefully selected from 40 submissions. The papers are organized in topical sections on security and privacy - software and application security; human-centered computing - ubiquitous and mobile computing; information systems - information retrieval; applied computing - physical sciences and engineering; applied computing - life and medical sciences.
