The use of two-layer system in concrete pavement has been discussed in this book with intensive information about the mechanism of this techniques. The design of two-layer roller compacted concrete was carried out by a finite-element program for pavement design and analysis to be useful for all pavement designers.

Haneen Adil Mohammed has written this book to be a simple guide for civil engineers to understand the behavior of an important type of concrete called roller compacted concrete in pavement with a two-layer system. She got a PhD degree from the University of Nottingham in the UK depending on this work.
