Beschreibung
Systemic hypertension affects the left ventricular diastolic function. Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction(LVDD) is assessed with 2-dimensional echocardiography. Also the effect of hypertension on heart can be correlated with hs-CRP. The stages of systemic hypertension, the severity of LVDD and the elevation of hs-CRP had positive correlation.Patients with LVDD and elevated hs-CRP should be treated with antihyperetensives to prevent from HFnEF.
