Sellami Badreddine: Professor of Mathematics, University of Souk Ahras (Algeria), Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, Faculty of Science and Technology. He obtained a PhD from the University of Guelma (Algeria). He has done valuable research in international journals in the area of optimization.
