The book: Solution to Problems in Higher Mathematics, for Science and Engineering Students, is aimed at guiding students to solve Mathematics by themselves. It contains over 500 solved examples in the following areas of mathematics: series & sequences, quadratic, cubic and quartic equations, permutations and combinations, trigonometry, differential and integral equations, complex numbers, vectors, conics, and applied mathematics. The book is primarily intended for students in Mathematics, Natural & Applied Sciences, Engineering, Social Sciences and any department having anything to do with Mathematics in Universities, Polytechnics/Colleges of Technology and Research Institutions. The section in Applied Mathematics shall particularly be useful to students studying Engineering courses.
Autorenporträt
Professor Umana Itaketo teaches Electrical/Control Engineering courses and Applied Mathematics to Postgraduate students at the University of Uyo, Uyo, Nigeria. He has published several textbooks in Electrical and Control Engineering for higher degree students. Also, he has published well over 50 academic research papers in world-accredited journals.
