This book gives the idea on some basics of queuing theory and introduce some fundamental concepts.In this book we have discussed queue characteristics like queue size ,variance etc. will help the decision maker to redesign the waiting facilities to plan for waiting room in the system and to have a space cost which can be considered along with customer waiting and idle-server costs to obtain the optimal system design.
