This book includes mathematical investigations of different flow models related to unsteady, free convective, hydrodynamic and magneto-hydrodynamic flows for a vertical plate or a vertical channel immersed in a Darcian porous medium in non-rotating systems. This book related to convective heat and mass transfer including practical applications for analysis and the design of engineering devices and systems involving magnetohydrodynamic and porous media. It is aimed at providing researchers with the most pertinent and up-to-date advances in modeling and analysis of flow, heat, and mass transfer in porous media. In the literature of this book, different flow models have been incorporated in the area of magnetohydrodynamic fluid flow, heat, and mass transfer in porous media and included recent studies related to fundamental aspects of porous media, viscous dissipation, chemical reaction, forced convection in porous media, modeling of magnetohydrodynamic convective transport in channels, and a number of other important areas.
