This book presents design steps involved in designing an 8/6 Switched Reluctance Motor along with simulation steps using ANSYS - RMxprt software tool. It also includes performance analysis of SRM using ANSYS - Maxwell 2D, Finite Element Analysis software. Finally this book covers SRM proto type model development in association with a manufacturing industry. This book is an initiative for promoting Special Electrical Machines and their importance.
