This book provides a study of the international collaboration among universities and the development of this collaboration that could enhance the whole education process in many countries such as, Europe countries, Japan, U.S.A, UK, Korea and others. It also discusses the role and the importance of e-learning tools such as shared applications and services through improving the facilities for the international students by using unique technologies through introducing shared mobile applications and E-learning services.
