This book focuses on Legal issues and challenges in cyber world. It also focuses on loopholes in the Information Technology Act,2000 of India. The book also describes about the cyber crimes and security problems like Awareness of Cyber crimes while downloading any application. Password and antivirus software should be used compulsory. Changing of password should be done more frequently. User should be aware of Infrastructural network design and security. Minimal use of email account in any online transactions for more privacy concerns. Countries should adopt stronger laws against Cyber crime. Result of Cyber Survey is analyzed by statistical methods and outcomes are discussed.
