The mentioned and discussed issues in the given monograph are the fundamental steps to be possible to make a dynamic dialogue by natural language between the artificial intelligence and the human brain through the electrical signals. In this case, we can imagine, that when the device will receive the signal from the human brain, its semantic would be the appropriate word, and when the word will be sent to brain, its semantic would be the appropriate signal. However, this issue still requires the deeper study and researches.
