In the recent and current times, the key idea and the conception of the CR and the cognitive radio networks are totally a new fields and areas of research, development, evolution and elaboration. The art and state of the communication can be drastically changed and has definitely changed due to capabilities of CR and cognitive radio networks. The CR is an ultra smart, exceptional, keen and nimble device or gambit that can sense and detect the environment on its own with the help of sensors and then autonomously adapts and changes the parameters of communication accordingly.
