Cleophas holds a Masters Degree in Records Management and a Bachelors Degree in Information Sciences. He has extensive experience in records, archives and information management as a consultant and practitioner. He is the founder and current chairperson of the Kenya Association of Records Managers and Archivists (KARMA).
