Technological development of our country suffered a lot as it is affected in several ways. Technical Education has a supreme importance for the economic and industrial development. Hence there is some distinction between vocational education, industrial education and technical education, and distance education is that which emphasizes on the learning of techniques is needed to the proper tapping of utilizing the human resources. Poor countries-and poor people differ from rich ones not only because they have less capital but because they have less knowledge. Knowledge is often costly to create and that is why much of it is created in industrial countries. The new information and communications technology, from e-mail to cellular telephony to Tele conferencing let more and more people share knowledge without having to be in the same place. Sharing information through computers interlinked by telephone lines is quickly becoming common-place in Industrial countries and developing countries.
