This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Tools and Methods of Program Analysis, TMPA 2021, held in Tomsk, Russia, during November 25-27, 2021. The 15 full papers and 3 short papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 45 submissions.
