This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of two joint events: the 25th International Workshop on Software Measurement (IWSM) and the 10th International Conference on Software Process and Product Measurement (Mensura), referred to as IWSMMensura 2015 and held in Kraków, Poland, in October 2015. Software measurement is a key methodology in estimating, managing, and controllingsoftware development and management projects. The 13 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 32 submissions. They present various theoretical and empirical results related to software measurement and its application in industrial projects.
