This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the First International Conference on Quantum AI and NLP, QNIP 2025, held in Bloomington, Indianna, USA, during August 6-9, 2025. The 17 full papers, one short paper and one abstract included in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 45 submissions.
