This book constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the 16th IFIP WG 5.1 International Conference on Product Lifecycle Management, PLM 2019, held in Moscow, Russia, in July 2019. The 38 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 63 submissions.
