This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 21st International Workshop on Modelling and Mining Networks, WAW 2026, held in Toronto, ON, Canada, during June 15-19, 2026. The 7 full papers included in these volumes were carefully reviewed and selected from 10 submissions. The goal was also to stimulate the development of high performance and scalable algorithms that exploit complex networks.
