This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 8h International Conference on Model and Data Engineering, MEDI 2018, held in Marrakesh, Morocco, in October 2018. The 23 full papers and 4 short papers presented together with 2 invited talks were carefully reviewed and selected from 86 submissions.
