This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Second CCF Intelligent Vehicles Symposium on Intelligent Vehicles, CCF CIVS 2024, held in Wuhan, China, during October 19-20, 2024. The 31 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 60 submissions.
