This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 15th International Baltic Conference on Digital Business and Intelligent Systems, Baltic DB&IS 2022, held in Riga, Latvia, in July 2022. The 16 revised full papers and 1 short paper presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 42 submissions.
