This book constitutes the post-conference proceedings of the 21st International Conference on Data Analytics and Management in Data Intensive Domains, DAMDID/RCDL 2019, held in Kazan, Russia, in October 2019.The 11 revised full papers presented together with four invited papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 52 submissions.
