This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 17th International Conference on Critical Information Infrastructures Security, CRITIS 2022, which took place in Munich, Germany, during September 14-16, 2022. The 16 full papers and 4 short papers included in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 26 submissions.
