This volume constitutes the proceedings of the 14th International Conference on Combinatorial Optimization and Applications, COCOA 2020, held in Dallas, TX, USA, in December 2020. The 55 full papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 104 submissions. Due to the Corona pandemic this event was held virtually.
