This book constitutes the proceedings of the 19th Italian Workshop on Artificial Life and Evolutionary Computation, WIVACE 2025, which took place in Siena, Italy, during September 3-5, 2025. The 14 full papers included in these proceedings were carefully reviewed and selected from 21 submissions. They were organized in the following topical sections: Artificial life for environment management; AILife: Artificial Intelligence in Life Sciences; Going deep in the origin and diversity of life; and ALife in complex environments.
