This book constitutes the proceedings of the satellite workshops held around the 19th International Conference on Applied Cryptography and Network Security, ACNS 2021, held in Kamakura, Japan, in June 2021.The 26 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 49 submissions.
