This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 17th International Conference on Parallel Computing Technologies, PaCT 2025, held in Almaty, Kazakhstan, during October 2025. The 15 full papers together with 2 short papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 26 submissions. They were organized in topical sections as follows: efficient systems backends such as work schedulers, data managers, automation of software development, software-tailored architectures and hardware-aware code, and scalable algorithms for high-performance computing.
