This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 9th International Conference on Electronic Government and the Information Systems Perspective, EGOVIS 2020, held in Bratislava, Slovakia, in September 2020. The 15 full and one short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 24 submissions.
