Distance education with emerging impact of technology is a great tool to help reach students who are in geographically remote areas and cannot easily access the educational institution or those who want to get opportunities not offered by their local schools. Afghanistan with low literacy rate and scattered nation can be benefited from the impact of distance education and enrich the people on education.This book presenting a common frame work for a distance education based on context of Afghanistan's education land scape.

Ashuqullah Alizai is lecturer of Computer Science Faculty In Herat University. He obtained a bachelor's degree (BSc) In Electric And Electronics from Kabul University and a master Degree (MSc) in Computer science from TU-Berlin. He wrote scientific articles and books in English, Pushto and Dari.
