The Disaster management can be defined as the range of activities designed to maintain control over disaster and emergency situations. It is applicable to provide a framework for helping at-risk persons to avoid or recover from the impact of the disaster. Disaster management deals with situations that occur prior to, during, and after the disaster. This software provides of all the information about the various communities like Schools, Colleges, Govt. buildings, etc. It also maintains the records of all the team members who have various responsibilities that is supposed to be fulfilled at the time of emergency and finally, the information is stored in the server database for future query. The proposed system has been developed with the following features: availability, scalability, security and manageability. User-friendly Menu-driven System with GUI based application has great use at the time of disaster.

Md. Abu Kausar received his Master in Computer Sc. from G. B. Pant University of Ag. & Tech., Pantnagar, India in 2006 and MBA (IT) from Symbiosis, Pune, India in 2012. He has received MCTS. At present, he is pursuing Ph.D in Computer Sc. from Jaipur National University, Jaipur, India. He is having 6 years of experience as a Software Developer.
