This book constitutes the proceedings of the 15th IFIP International Conference on Wired/Wireless Internet Communications, WWIC 2017, held in St. Petersburg, Russia, in June 2017. The 27 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 76 submissions.
