Ogala, Emmanuel is a native of Unale in Ibaji L.G.A. of Kogi State, Nigeria. He holds a BSc. Degree in Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science from Federal university of Agriculture, Makurdi. Master Degree (M. Tech) in computer Science from federal University of Technology, Akure, And presently a Ph.D candidate at Kogi State University.
