This book constitutes the proceedings of the 20th International Conference on Cooperative Design, Visualization, and Engineering, CDVE 2023, held in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, in October 2023. The 20 full papers and 6 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 62 submissions.
