This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 8th International Conference on Machine Learning for Networking, MLN 2025, held in Paris, France, during December 2-4, 2025. The 14 full papers presented in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 30 submissions. The International Conference on Machine Learning for Networking (MLN) aims at providing a top forum for researchers and practitioners to present and discuss new trends in machine learning, deep learning, pattern recognition and optimization for network architectures and services.
