This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 27th International Conference on Linking Theory and Practice of Digital Libraries, TPDL 2023, held in Zadar, Croatia, during September 26-29, 2023. The 13 full papers and 17 short papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 69 submissions.
