This two-volume set LNCS 14467-14468 constitutes the proceedings of the First Energy Informatics Academy Conference, EI.A 2023,held in Campinas, Brazil, in December 2023. The 39 full papers together with 8 short papers included in these volumes were carefully reviewed and selected from 53 submissions.
