This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed proceedings of the 21st IAPR International Conference on Discrete Geometry for Computer Imagery, DGCI 2019, held in Marne-la-Vallée, France, in March 2019. The 38 full papers were carefully selected from 50 submissions.
