This monogram discusses novel techniques in image enhancement and segmentation of defects in radiographic weld image. To start with, a case study of Enhancement, Denoising, and segmentation techniques is analyzed and applied on the weld radiographic image. Implementation of these algorithms is done by MATLAB codes. The book is intended to the readers willing to expand their knowledge in the field of automated weld defect detection.
