Visualization is a cognitive process performed by a human in forming a mental image of a domain space. More specifically, the visual representation of domain space using graphics, images, animated sequences and sound augmentation to present the data, structure and dynamic behavior that represents the data Structure. Visualization relies on the fact that users can distinguish position, colors, and textures. Attention can be drawn to salient items by using the variety of techniques including highlighting, blinking, motion and size.
