Glenda Carla Moura Amaral is an Information Governance Analyst at the Central Bank of Brazil and a Guest Researcher at the Semantics, Cybersecurity & Services Group at the University of Twente, The Netherlands. She is also a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Information Engineering, Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of LAquila, in Italy. She has over 20 years of experience with conceptual modeling and information management in the public service, in Brazil. Currently, she is working on theoretical and applied research on ontology-driven conceptual modeling for the financial sector and ontology-based requirements engineering methods for eliciting complex requirements, such as trustworthiness, ethicality, and sustainability.
