This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Software Business, ICSOB 2022, which was held during November 8-11, 2022 in Bolzano, Italy. The special theme of ICSOB 2022 was Software for Digital Transformation. The 19 full papers together with 6 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 53 submissions.
