This two-volume set constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 16th Asian Conference on Intelligent Information and Database Systems, ACIIDS 2024, held in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, during April 15-18, 2024. The 57 full papers presented in these proceedings were carefully reviewed and selected from 251 submissions.
