This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 18th Annual ACM India Compute Conference on COMPUTE 2025, held in Ropar, India, during December 7-9, 2025. The 12 full papers and 5 short papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 79 submissions.
